Our design process:
We sit down and discuss beneficial course content and then we research our topic inside and out. We write our delegate hand out pack and test that it is well written, understandable and practical for any reader. We then move onto writing creative tasks and exercises for group and individual use. All of which is linked to the course content.

We deliver our training session using these materials. We will then hold a review meeting and agree what went really well and what we can add to or adapt. The end result is the creation of an exceptional course with fabulous materials.
