14. REFUNDS POLICY
    If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will endeavour to resolve any issue that you may have. We do not offer a refund on training materials purchased. We realistically can't offer refunds due to the fact that you have total access to our materials purchased and we have no guarantee that you will not use these in the future.
    
    
15. THIRD PARTY SALES
    Under no circumstances are purchasers of course materials from the site allowed to resell materials to other parties. All courses purchased cannot be re-sold, or hired out in any shape or form.
